CLIENT, by and through her counsel, ATTORNEY of Laherty & Lokken, P.C. respectfully shows this Honorable Court that: 1. CLIENT is the natural mother of the above-named child in the above-entitled matter before the Third District Juvenile Court. 2. CLIENT, is presently confined in the Davis County Jail and held on a federal warrant under the authority of the U.S. Marshall pursuant to an order of the U.S. District Court.

3. CLIENT is required to appear before the Honorable Robert S. Yeates at the Third District Juvenile Court located at 450 South State Street, 2nd Floor, Courtroom W25, Salt Lake City, Utah, on Thursday, September 5, 2002, at the hour of 10:45 a.m. to testify in the case of State of Utah in the interest of A.S. Wherefore, petitioner respectfully requests this Court to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus Ad Testificandum to the United States Marshal for the District of Utah or any other United States Marshal requiring him to serve the Writ on the Warden, Sheriff, Superintendent, or custodian of the institution where the defendant is confined and to bring the defendant before the court at the above-stated place and time, to hold the defendant in custody pending completion of her testimony, and thereafter to return her to the institution where she is now confined.
