Dear School Nurse, Friday, February 6, 2015 is Give Kids a Smile day in NJ, the single largest day of FREE dental care for children ages 12 and younger in the state. The program is designed to help children whose families may otherwise not be able to afford dental treatment.

Please help us spread the word to parents at your school by sending home the enclosed list and the bottom half of this letter. Parents may make an appointment at the location of their choice. There is no cost to the family or the school district.
