Returns

We aim to hold all items in stock, but there may be occasional delays with popular products. If any item is temporarily out of stock, you will be advised and the item(s) will be sent as soon as stocks are available. RLSS Direct reserves the right to discontinue products without notice, in such cases you will be notified and refunded in full for any payment taken.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer an exchange. Returns must be sent back within 7 days of receipt. Laerdal Returns Laerdal offer a 28 day refund policy, less a 10% restocking fee. To return a Laerdal purchase, call 0344 824 3440 for a Return Material Authorisation Number within 14 days from invoice date. Items must be returned in a new, unopened condition, in original packaging within 28 days of invoice date. A credit will be issued upon receipt of goods.
