Bulky goods include: – Consignments that exceed the maximum di­ mensions for standard parcels (100 × 60 × 60 cm) – Items with a tag (even if within the standard dimensions) – Unpackaged items (even if within the standard dimensions) Please note the specific regulations for each country.

Customs formalities MiniPac International For consignments of up to 2 kg contain­ ing goods whose value does not exceed CHF 700.00, it is sufficient to use the green customs label. For consignments where the value of the goods has not been stated (e.g. a gift), a customs declaration must be used instead of the green customs label. PostPac International and URGENT consignments All consignments must be accompanied by a waybill. The maximum weight for PostPac International is 30 kg, or 20 kg for some countries. The maximum weight for URGENT goods is 30 kg, or 2 kg for URGENT documents. Please note: As a rule, it is up to the sender to obtain information about import and export op­ tions from the relevant authorities in the destination country or from the relevant consulates. Swiss Post accepts no respon­ sibility for this.
