1)

All version numbers have been updated to 4.6d.

2)

All Payslip setups have been modified to allow for the Selection of : a) 1-Cheque b) 2-Cash c) 3-ACB

3)

An ITA88 import facility has been added the IRP5/IT3a module.

4)

The SCOA GL setup screen has been enhanced to allow the use of a contra account for all the SCOA segments.

5)

NAMIRP15 and NAPIRP15 IRP5 layouts for Namibia Tax season 2015 have been added.

6)

The Employee change screen has been enhanced to check that the Birth date entered matches the I.D. number that has been input.

7)

The Employment Equity module has been enhanced to allow the use of Local Government Occupational Categories.

New Report writer codes have been added : a) 1201 – Leave Acc-3 Message. b) 1202 – Leave Acc-4 Message. c) 1207 – Leave Ann-3 Message. d) 1208 – Leave Ann-4 Message. e) 1361 – Leave Acc-3 Amount.

10) An enhancement has been made the Record locking system that is used when more than one user is accessing the

same employee record, an enhanced popup message has been added to show which user is locking the record. 11) The Employment Equity module has been enhanced to write out CSV files containing detail of certain of the EEA

sections to allow easier balancing of Employee counts and remuneration. a) EEA2-11.CSV Section 1.1. b) EEA2-41.CSV Section 4.1. c) EEA4n.CSV Normal Employee’s remuneration. d) EEA4r.CSV Resigned Employee’s remuneration. 12) New Standard import codes have been added:

a) 7303 – Bonus Spread. b) 7304 – Bonus Spread YTD-. 13) The program PDYTDX has been modified to show the separation between Salary Earnings and Company Contributions.

(INTERNAL) 14) The RSA Nits module will now default to 2015 automatically.
